Scholarly Research Exchange publishes a collection of peer-reviewed, open access journals. Manuscripts submitted to these journals undergo a thorough peer review process, and those that are evaluated to be technically sound will be published online in a fully structured web version, along with an accompanying formatted PDF version, within a few weeks of acceptance.

The journals are published using an open access publication model, meaning that the full text of all published articles is made freely available to readers on the Scholarly Research Exchange web site, with no subscription or registration barriers. All articles are published using a Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of an article in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

All articles that are published in Scholarly Research Exchange will be archived in Portico, which provides permanent archiving for electronic scholarly journals, as well as via the LOCKSS initiative.

Scholarly Research Exchange is a division of the Hindawi Publishing Corporation. Hindawi is an open access publisher with 200+ journals covering a wide range of subjects in science, technology, and medicine.
